Its been a while! I have been swamped with adoption stuff. Its going well. We had to move to a larger place and thats always stressful. We found a great new apt and are really enjoying the extra elbow room. We do realized that once we get the baby, our new found space will rapidly disappear! Anyway, now we have a mound of paperwork to complete and unfortunately in the midst of all this, we lost my mother-in-law. Very sudden. Its been hard on my husband but he is hanging in there.
Though I have not been blogging I have been knitting and SEWING! I will be updating with pics of my FOs over the weekend.
I just perused Knitty Winter! OMG! So many cute things. These are my faves:

I have decided that I need to challenge myself in my knitting, so I am am going to finally try a sweater! These three are strong contendors!
