Closing in on a Finish!

I currently have 4 quilts at various stages of completion. Most of them were started in 2012 or earlier. At the beginning of 2014 I decided that I will complete each of them this year. I started with the biggest one. I call it Kim's News Paper because it's black and white and red all over! I believe I got it sandwiched late last year and started the quilting in January and finished it in early March. Over the last two days I made the binding!

Now on to the trimming! And binding!

Sandy over at Quilting for the Rest of US is having a 2014 Quilty Resolutions Check in and there are prizes to be had! So I am linking up over there!  Join in the fun!

Also Linked up at Freshly Pieced for WIP Wednesday. Check out what everyone is up to!!

Loved that you slipped that old childhood joke in there of "black and white and "red" all over." I think I will have that phrase with me until I die!

Your quilt looks fun (I assume it's the one underneath the roll of binding) and with that sassy bold binding, it will really look great!

Can't wait to see the full reveal! I had that joke in the back of my head while I was working on a black, white, and red baby quilt last year too. It's the old-groaners that stick with us, isn't it? Thanks so much for linking up!
